One of the best to ever play for the Crusaders spoke to young players from throughout Western New York at during this week’s CHS Basketball Camp.  LaTerrance Reed ’15, who has played four seasons of professional basketball in Ukraine’s SuperLeague, spoke to campers at the Bernard J. Kennedy ’49 Field House, sharing his story of how he worked to achieve success on and off the court.  This past season, Reed had perhaps his best professional season, averaging 18.6 points and a career-high 4.2 assists per game while shooting 34% from three-point range for BC Goverla. Reed was named to the all-tournament team as he helped his team to the SuperLeague championship series.      Reed, a Buffalo native and Northwestern State graduate who won a state Federation championship with CHS coach Kyle Husband ’96, was a New York State Player of the Year and All-Western New York first teamer for the Crusaders.    Photos by CHS Digital Media contributor Jack Cullinan ’26.
