Meet adoptable Blanche! She is a 3 year old, 13 lb Chihuahua mix that is a perfect mix of speckles and floppy sideways ears. Blanche is the kind of girl who is just happy to be close to her people. She loves to snuggle, loves affection, and is happy to meet pretty much everyone who crosses her path.
