We are running into Juneteenth holiday weekend with a pack of adorable puppies chasing after us, which, honestly, is pretty much the dream. Please meet our Italy litter, named by one of our generous donors. While these pups are not quiteeee from Italy – that would be quite the distance – we are hoping the Italians will forgive us for borrowing a few of their beautiful city names. A few months ago, this beautiful litter’s mama was found dumped on a dirt road with her babies. Thanks to a Good Samaritan, they’ve been safely growing up in foster care! Mama has an old leg injury that will require an amputation, but she’s been busy caring for her babies the last two months. Now that the babies are almost ready to find their forever homes, we will get mama fixed up and adopted too! Mama seems to be a German Shepherd mix, and we believe this crew is a shepherd / Lab mix.
