Meet adoptable Sesame, a 5 month old, 25 lb retriever mix who really might be the perfect puppy. She is soft, cuddly, curious, and so ready to be everyone’s new best friend. With people, Sesame’s move is basically immediate trust fall, straight into your arms for belly rubs, kisses, and cuddles. She has also done beautifully with every dog she has met so far. Sesame immediately wanted to play with the resident dog in her foster home, but she has also been respectful when the other pup wanted her own space. On the street, she has either ignored other dogs or greeted them nicely with a sniff and a little play. Sesame is listening well, taking in the world around her, and generally being the kind of puppy who makes you say, okay, yes, this one is special.
