Meet adoptable Isabella, a 9 year old, 19 lb Schnauzer mix with a young spirit and a full time job as a cuddlebug. She is the kind of dog who will happily crawl right into your lap if given the chance, then look up at you like, yes! this is exactly where I belong. Isabella is so sweet, so polite, and so easy to love. She wants to be near her people, nudges your hand for more pets, and is wonderfully adaptable to the rhythm of the home. She made herself comfortable quickly in her foster home, but in the gentlest way, never barging into a room or hopping on furniture without permission. She sleeps quietly in her crate overnight and when left home alone, and is just as happy napping next to you on the couch while you work or watch TV. She is also doing nicely around other animals. Isabella is very respectful of the resident cat and reads the room well, giving space when needed. She and the other dog in the home have been peacefully coexisting inside and walking nicely next to each other...
