He loves people and is always ready to say hello, making friends wherever he goes. Moose has also met lots of dogs out and about, from the street to adoption events, and he has shown that he is interested, social, and ready to join the party. He seems happiest when he gets the chance to greet, interact, and see if a new friend wants to play too. Extroverts, unite! On top of all that, Moose is house trained, which is always a win.
