Last year, I tried something new: a series of full-day professional learning intensives created for small groups of educators ready to listen deeply, strengthen their practice, and learn in community. This year, #EquityInPractice is back with six workshops spread across the school year. Together with a wonderful group of collaborators, we’ll explore classroom routines and deep listening, neurodiversity and belonging, gender and the manosphere, responsive teaching, equity with our youngest learners, and identity-conscious curriculum through children’s literature.
