Days like this are exactly why I love what I do. I was at USAA with the Kitchen Works team, serving up Sloppy Mikes. The best part wasn’t what was on the plate: it was seeing people taking a break to gather, talk, laugh, and go back for seconds, instead of eating at their desks.
