He absolutely burst onto the CFB scene in 2022 and I’m fired up to watch him in 2023! For number 4 we have Adonai Mitchell for Texas. He is a transfer from Georgia so this is a big projection based on what he did in the two playoff games for Georgia. At number 3 is Devin Neal a running back for Kansas. He rushed for over 1k yards and 9 TDs last year for the Jayhawks. Coming in at number 4 is Jovantae Barnes a running back from Oklahoma. There were3 games last year where Barnes got over 18 touches and in those 3 games he rushed for 277 yards and 5 TDS. Finally, at number 1 is Texas wideout Xavier Worthy.
