Meet Alyshea Goodner - IHP grad! 🎉 "I really have always had a passion for fitness and have been very active. I started seeing my health go down a path that was not good due to stress and all the implications of that. After going to a doctor and getting diagnosed with something I didn’t believe I had, I decided to take my health into my own hands and do a lot of research. That research led me to the Integrative Health Practitioner website, where I decided to jump right in. I have been on my own health healing journey, and have learned invaluable information to do so through IHP. My passion is to help others who may have had a similar experience. I am a mom of four kids who are active and busy in every sport. I have been married to the love of my life for 16 years, and we both are business owners. I coach varsity volleyball as well.
