Meet Angelique! Angelique decided to participate in IHP after being introduced to @stephencabral’s book, The Rain Barrel Effect. She started listening to the podcast too and was hooked. Dealing with thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, and excess weight gain, she knew it was time to change her habits for her health.
