Meet Victoria! @victorials926 She decided to participate in IHP because she’s been on her health journey for 20 years. It started when conventional doctors couldn’t provide answers, so she decided to pursue holistic health, found the IHP program, and began to learn and heal herself. She’s able to integrate the DESTRESS protocols from IHP into her everyday life, and is now working towards becoming an IHP2.
