The Gaffney community is mourning the loss of a 17-year-old high school student who was shot and killed while boarding his school bus Wednesday morning. Authorities said the victim, Jomiltron Fair Jr., died on scene despite efforts from police. Fair's grandmother told 7NEWS he was set to graduate from Gaffney High School in December after finishing early. She said he was supposed to become a father in October. Residents who witnessed the fatal shooting told news crews it was "tragic and senseless."
