The 2018 NFC Championship ended with the Los Angeles Rams beating the New Orleans Saints 26-23 in overtime, thanks to this controversial missed pass interference call that allowed the Rams to tie the game, followed by a 57-yard game-winning field goal by kicker Greg Zuerlein in OT, sending the Rams to Super Bowl LIII.
