‘Wonka’ fans, it looks like we’ll be waiting a little longer for the next movie. 😓 In a recent interview, ‘Wonka’ co-writer Simon Farnaby opened up about the future of the hit film, saying that despite its huge commercial success, a sequel is “unlikely” to move forward anytime soon. While there have been plans to continue the franchise, it appears Timothée Chalamet’s busy schedule is the biggest hurdle. Since starring in the first ‘Wonka’ film, Chalamet has taken on major projects, including ‘Marty Supreme’ and the ‘Dune’ films, leaving little room to return to the beloved franchise. 👀 “He wants to do one, but he’s not sure about timing or what he wants to do next,” Farnaby said.
