We came to the lesser visited park of Central Park where D + A have their morning walks. I was hiding on a rock and a tree, secretly following them to where D went on one knee (video coming later 🥲) I’ve photographed a lot of proposals, but A’s reaction was genuinely one of the most excited and surprised reactions I’ve ever captured. It was such a joy watching them simply be themselves together. Half the time, I didn’t even need to pose them — their happiness did all the work.
