Finally made it to @bungalowny by @vikaskhannagroup in NYC! Bungalow NYC by Chef Vikas Khanna is one of the Indian fine dining restaurants in New York City everyone is talking about. Here’s my experience trying to get a reservation, walking in, and what I ordered. After trying for 2 weeks to get a reservation, I finally gave up and decided to WALK IN! I reached around 4 PM, but even the bar seats were already packed. They asked me to wait about 1.5 hours — and honestly, the beautiful waiting area, drinks and overall experience made it worth it. The ambience is elegant, intimate and beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern NYC sophistication and Indian warmth. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, making the entire dining experience feel special. And the coolest part? Chef Vikas Khanna personally comes out to meet guests!
