A man found guilty of touching women's hair as he sat behind them on Metro trains — and posting video to social media — was sentenced Thursday to 180 days in jail.⁠ ⁠ Bryan Betancur, of Silver Spring, Maryland, was found guilty of simple assault in D.C.
