Be grateful for the problems you have, and be grateful for the way you have them. You didn't get the raise you wanted, so you can't afford the thing you wanted. You didn't hit your targets, so the vacation you planned has to wait. Maybe your relationship ended, and now you have to spend some time alone. These things can genuinely suck.
