Putting the beloved pear in the spotlight, this elegant cocktail captures everything we love about autumn — crisp flavours, cozy moments, and a beautiful seasonal sip. 🥂 PEAR SPRITZER 🍐 • 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin • 2 oz Pear Juice • ¾ oz Spiced Pear Liqueur • 4 oz Dry Prosecco • Edible Flowers & Pear Slices, to garnish METHOD: Add pear juice, spiced pear liqueur, and Empress 1908 Indigo Gin to a cocktail glass. Fill with ice and stir gently to combine. Top with 4 oz of dry Prosecco, then garnish with edible flowers and pear slices on a cocktail pick.
