#TSRInvestigates: In Winston-Salem, #NorthCarolina, customers were eating at Arigato Japanese Steak and Seafood House when part of the ceiling suddenly collapsed, injuring three people. Video of the aftermath went viral, including footage of a woman lying on the restaurant floor after the collapse. Then, just weeks earlier, a roof collapse at a BJ’s store in Ocean Township, #NewJersey, sent water and debris crashing into the store while customers were inside.
