Last week, our founders Bee & Arum had the opportunity to deliver a workshop at the Career Quest Fair & Networking Event, connecting with young people aged 18–25 and showcasing the different pathways available within tennis and the wider sports industry. 🎾 Bee & Arum used this opportunity to explain the great Coach Education Programme BTM run in partnership with Virtus, whilst highlighting the work placement and practical experience opportunities BTM provide alongside gaining coaching qualifications. But coaching is just one part of what we do. They also shared more information about the wider BTM Mentorship Programme and the different ways our mentors use their knowledge, experience and networks to create opportunities; from coaching and volunteering to media, events, leadership and wider careers within tennis and sport.
