Santino Marella says his body will let him wrestle again. "My wrestling career ended because I was not capable. I'm capable again," Marella told Cody Rhodes on What Do You Wanna Talk About?. The former Intercontinental Champion credits stem cell treatments, PRP and red light therapy, and says he has one reason for doing them: "I want to wrestle in front of my son." His 7-year-old has never seen him compete live. Marella's career ended a decade ago after 2014 neck surgery and degenerated discs in his lower back. WWE opted not to invoke the injury extension on his contract in 2016. He has spent the last three and a half years as TNA's Director of Authority, and his daughter, Arianna Grace, is the reigning TNA Knockouts World Champion.
