Employee Spotlight: Tracy Johnson Meet Tracy Johnson, our incredible Customer Service Supervisor for Tombigbee Fiber. Hailing from Tupelo, Mississippi 📍 Tracy has been part of the Tombigbee family for 5 years and plays a key role in everything fiber related. Whether it’s billing questions, service disconnects, or supporting her coworkers, Tracy does it all with a smile. As she puts it, anything and everything fiber 24/7 ⚡ She graduated from Itawamba Community College with a degree in Business Marketing. Her favorite part of the job is simple but powerful — helping others ❤️ When she's not at work, you can probably find Tracy on a baseball field ⚾ cheering on her two sons, Chase who is 18 and Banks who is almost 14, alongside her husband Daniel.
