Day 2 of Aussie Beef Mates was spent at Casino, learning about Australia’s largest farmer owned world class meat processing co-operative since 1933. Then a heart old-school Australian country pub-lunch of tasty lunch, followed by a 2nd part of a farm tour at Joe Leven. Joe Leven is a cattle farmer from Doubtful Creek in the Northern Rivers participating in carbon farming activities.
