There’s a black owned food truck chef_nate_wangznmo in Arlington TX that has so many fire options to try out. They have a lot of different options to try from loaded fries, fried red snapper, oxtails and more. No matter what you get, all of their meat is smoked and they also don’t use pork in any of their dishes. The use smoked steak and beef sausage on the fries and the sauce they put on top is fire. Everything paired nicely on the fries and they were fire. We also tried the fried red snapper pasta, where they use red snapper filets. It’s rare to find snapper filets but this the dish was so good and the pasta was perfectly seasoned.
