🌊 A LITTLE PIECE OF THE OCEAN 🌊 I wanted this freestanding balloon garland to feel like the ocean with lots of movement and all those different shades of aqua you see when the waves hit the light. 🌊 The main balloons are Kalisan’s NEW Aqua, mixed with different but similar tones to create that coastal, ocean inspired color palette. And of course, I had to add my favorite detail… hifloat treated 260s! I grouped them together to create movement and that wispy, wave like effect throughout the garland.
