My kind of winter.
A place where architecture doesn’t compete with the landscape — it becomes part of it.
I’ve been exploring the idea of a compact capsule cabin immersed in a Nordic winter landscape, designed around a simple premise: less footprint, more experience.
The architecture is deliberately restrained: a modular tubular structure, warm timber interiors, generous glazing and a small chimney. The goal is not to create an object that dominates the site, but a space that frames it.
A reminder that sometimes the most powerful architectural gesture is simply giving the landscape the leading role.
This is a conceptual exploration of architecture, hospitality and off-grid living — where technology and prefabrication can allow us to build lighter, faster and with greater sensitivity toward the environment.
Would you stay here for a week?
