I set my Q2 back to Monochrome. I always shoot better in monochrome. I don’t know why. I guess it’s because I’m not worried about how my colours look. I’m just thinking about light. Maybe I just like the vibe of black and white? Anyways, Road America was fun. I got to see so many of my friends I hadn’t seen for so long. I took my bike with me and rode from Sheboygan through Elkhart lake, did a loop and went back to Sheboygan. I had a front derailleur issue so I was stuck in the small chainring for two hours. But that’s part of the fun. I’m off on a plane again tomorrow. I’m going to the Netherlands to ride bikes for 10 days. In French, the Netherlands is called “Les Pays Bas” which translates literally to “The country down”. Maybe because a bunch of it is below sea level? Anyways, my french studying has fallen off.
