If you work hard at building your future, you need to work just as hard at recovering. Burnout doesn’t always come from a lack of discipline. Sometimes it comes from the exact opposite. You’re ambitious. You have people you love. You have something you’re trying to build. So you tell yourself: I need to work harder. My family deserves this. I can rest when I get there.
