You can’t outwork the belief that you’re never doing enough. When we constantly focus on what’s broken, wrong, or missing, the natural response is to do more. Work longer. Push harder. Add another task. Sacrifice another piece of ourselves. But more activity doesn’t necessarily create more progress. Sometimes growth means slowing down long enough to recognize what’s already working—and giving more of your energy to that. Focus on the actions creating meaningful results. Release the ones that are only creating exhaustion. And stop treating burnout as the price you have to pay for ambition. Because your health, your peace, and your life are worth protecting. You don’t need to outwork scarcity.
