⛳️ Your 2023-24 gryphonsgolf team award winners!⁠ ⁠ Women’s MVP = Ela Jones⁠ ⁠ Men’s MVP = Kobe Smith⁠ ⁠ Ela made an immediate impact for the Gryphons women’s golf team in 2023. The Kincardine, Ontario native finished atop the leaderboard in her first OUA event shooting a 75 to capture the win at the Western Invitational. At OUA Golf Championships in Waterloo, the molecular biology and genetics major finished in 4th place out of 49 golfers to earn OUA First Team All-Star status. ⁠ ⁠ Kobe takes home the MVP after another strong season for the Gryphons. The fourth-year marketing management major would pick up his first OUA win at the Brock Invitational shooting a two under 69. Kobe would help lead the men’s golf team to near podium finish at the OUA Championship, where he was named an OUA Second Team All-Star after finishing T-9th in a field of 75 golfers.⁠ ⁠ #GryphonPride #GryphonGolf #UofG #Guelph
