Over the next 2 weeks, we will be celebrating the team MVP’s and Rookie of the Year recipients from each of our 38 uofguelph varsity sports from the 2023-24 season! ⁠ ⁠ 🏸 First up, our Gryphon badminton team!⁠ ⁠ MVP (men) – Joshua Legare⁠ Josh led the Gryphons men’s badminton team in OUA wins and was a pillar of the team, both in practice and in competition. The food & agricultural business major from Ayr, Ontario is in his final year competing with the Gryphons men’s badminton team.⁠ ⁠ MVP (women) – Lisa Huynh⁠ Lisa led the Gryphons women’s badminton team in OUA victories while always displaying tremendous energy and a team-first attitude.
