WILDCATS OPEN WITH A WIN BRAWLEY — No hesitation from the Wildcats on opening night. Brawley struck on its opening drive as #3 Alyssa Miranda found the end zone and later added her second touchdown as the Wildcats jumped out early against the visiting Indio Rajahs. The defense was just as impressive. With under three minutes left in the first half, #21 Demi Conejo came up with a key interception and was a constant force on defense throughout the night. Conejo also added a touchdown reception from QB Mejia just before halftime to help send Brawley into the break up 25-0. The Wildcats kept the pressure on in the second half, with freshman #15 Arianna Miramontes adding another score as Brawley finished off a 31-0 shutout victory at Warne Field.
