As students head back to school, from elementary classrooms to college campuses, a troubling trend continues. Through its Spread the Word campaign, Special Olympics is working to change that by encouraging more respectful and inclusive language. Andrea Cahn, Senior Vice President of Unified Champion Schools, joined Melissa in the Morning to talk about the campaign, what the data tells us, and how schools can help create more welcoming environments for all students.
