Tuscan Chicken Pasta Ingredients: 300 Chicken fillets 1 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp lemon juice For Sauce: 3 tbsp butter 3 garlic chopped 4-5 sundried tomatoes chopped 2 tbsp tomato paste 4-5 cherry tomato or 1 small tomato chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1/2 tsp oregano 1 cup thick cream Half cup whipping cream or Milk Half cup pasta water 1/2 chicken cube 2 tbsp basil leaves 250 gms Boiled pasta Parsley/ coriander for garnish Marinate the chicken with the given spices, garlic paste, lemon. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, cook for 6-7 minutes each side. Set aside In the same pan add butter, saute garlic, add sundried tomatoes, tomatoe paste,all the spices, saute 2-3 min, add creams, pasta water with chicken cube,basil cook on medium for 5-6 minutes.Toss in the pasta,mix well.
