In an apartment off Brainerd Road with VHS tapes and CDs stacked along the walls, a 27-year old grocery store employee spends his free time archiving the musical history of the Scenic City. Noah Marr, through his website Chattanoogafolk.org, has archived over 2,100 songs since he started in April of last year.
