21KM. First time in almost 15β16 years. πββοΈπ₯
The last time I ran this distance was during my Army Half Marathon days.
This time, I built it back slowly.
12KM β 15KM β 16KM β 18KM β 21KM β
At 20KM, my legs were almost at their limit and I could feel the cramps coming. π But I told myself β Iβve already come this far. Finish it.
Coming from a strength training background, running this distance is a different kind of challenge for me.
It reminds me that our body adapts when we give it time, consistency, proper planning and the right nutrition.
I still want to be strong.
I still want to lift heavy.
But now I also want to run further, move better and endure longer.
Thatβs what becoming a hybrid athlete means to me.
Not choosing between strength or endurance.
Building both. πͺπββοΈ
21KM unlocked. π
More to improve. More to build.
