PRESSURE REVEALS THE HEART. It’s easy to speak faith when everything is working. It’s easy to show patience when nobody is testing you. It’s easy to say you trust God when the outcome looks certain. But pressure reveals what comfort can hide. What comes out of us when we are disappointed, offended, delayed, misunderstood, or stretched often exposes what has been living within us all along. Jesus said, “For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.” Matthew 12:34 NIV Pressure doesn’t just come to destroy you. Sometimes God allows it to expose what still needs surrender, healing, maturity, and transformation. So when pressure comes, don’t only ask, “God, when will this end?” Ask, “Lord, what is this revealing in me?” Because God is not only concerned about changing your circumstances.
