This one’s different. No scorecard pressure, no chase for breaking 80 — today I’m playing for someone else. Every birdie, I’m putting $50 in the pot. Every par, $10. At the end of the round, all of it goes to a nonprofit or ministry. The Bible tells us God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7), and it’s one thing to talk about generosity — it’s another to actually walk it out on the course. So let’s see how much I can give away… and how much my golf game might cost me today.
