Perron arrives in Conway following an impressive run at Virginia, where he played a major role in recruiting, player development and the Cavaliers’ continued success on the national stage. His résumé also includes stops at James Madison, Ohio State and Southern New Hampshire, along with an extensive background developing elite goalkeepers and defensive units. Now, he gets the opportunity to lead a program of his own.
