The Medicine Garden is open once again! To celebrate, @humberindigenous, @sustainhumber, and @swchumber hosted participants who helped with planting and weeding. Michelle from @sustainhumber said, “It was wonderful to be a part of the community and learn how to give back to the land. I’m excited to come back throughout the summer and watch the garden grow.” The Medicine Garden, located inside the @humberarb, is divided into four sections and the plants in each section represent one of the four colours of the medicine wheel - red, yellow, black, and white. #MedicineGarden #HumberArb #UofGH #GuelphHumber #Humber
