Last week we received a donation of 4 bales of these these wonderful wool blankets. 3 of the bales we brought to DTES organization and we kept one of the bales. It's not often that we get these wool blankets and they sure tell a story. These blankets were made with recycled wool and judging by the composition and feel of the blankets, they were made from shoddy (via mechanical recycling) and then made into nonwoven felt fabric that feels comfy and heavy.
