Max Duggan came up just short 💔 TCU entered the 2022 Big 12 Championship undefeated at 12-0, but Kansas State controlled the game for most of the night and held a 28-17 late in the fourth quarter. Then Duggan took over. The Heisman finalist led TCU on a furious comeback, clawing back to within one possession of the Wildcats with just over seven minutes remaining. And with the Frogs’ season potentially on the line, Duggan put together one final drive. He called off regulation with a 80-yard touchdown drive, scrambling for an eight yard score before finding Jared Wiley for the two-point conversion to tie the game at 28. Overtime. Duggan finished with 251 passing yards, 110 rushing yards and three total touchdowns, but Kansas State answered in the extra period.
