I am not saying that a lack of depth, lack of turn, raising the arms and laying the club off CAUSES a player to be a 10 HCP (example on the left)
It’s golf. Anything can work, especially if you have 45+ hrs per week to practice like pros do 🤔
In my experience ➡️ the AVERAGE golfer TENDS to steepen the shaft, stalls their body, stands up, and struggles with contact and consistency from the position on the left

IF that average golfer turned a bit better, achieved a little more depth, had the shaft less laid off - they would LIKELY shallow the club better and have a more dynamic pivot on the downswing vs the example on the left.
The improvement in the shaft movement and pivot typically leads to more speed, better contact, and more consistency ✅
