growing up i was constantly told i was shy. now in my adult life, it couldn’t be further from the truth. i thought being shy meant feeling insecure and shrinking in social situations. i was never shy, but rather intentional with my words because i know the weight they carry. selective of my circle and the conversations i choose to contribute to. through coaching and journalism, it’s my goal to give a voice to those who don’t know how to articulate it themselves. i’m grateful for the medium the ensures my voice matters and yours is heard too.
