Opposite Hitter Allie Sczech transferred to Nebraska from Baylor for her final year of eligibility in 2025. Beyond playing for one of the top programs in the nation, she wanted to get her masters in journalism from UNL. After last season ended, she continued schooling to finish her masters program while playing volleyball professionally in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Czech recently just finished her masters and earned her first opportunity: be the analyst for the Huskers Red-White Scrimmage. Huskers Coach Dani Busboom Kelly said post match she was happy to see Allie in the role and proud of how hard she worked.
