Throughout the years I had tried different variations, but never the real thing. Let me tell you something, they did not disappoint. Beignets wowed me and I eat dessert for a living. They are as good as they look and live up to the hype. 1. CafeduMonde my favorite!! Soft, fluffy, and chewy dough. Simply glorious. 2. CafeBeignet still good, but not my fave. They are a full service restaurant though so it may be a good option if you want to eat a whole meal as well. 3. TheVintagenola a little more expensive, but they make beignet flights. Enough said.
