Taylor White, an artist from North Carolina, paints an external wall at the Lynn YMCA Campus in conjunction with the Beyond Walls Classroom to the Streets program. -6 new murals are going up in Lynn, installed over 2 weeks’ time. Beyond Walls has more than 100 murals in the city since their start in 2017. Each artist works with a cohort of Lynn educators and rising high school students. Together they come up with the mural concept, work together on walls, and then complete lesson plans based on the experience that are then taught across K-12 classrooms at Lynn Public Schools and St. Mary’s.
