Two people are seriously injured after a train derails near Lewis in East Sussex. A major incident has been declared after it derailed shortly before 16:00 BST on Thursday, causing less serious injuries to a further nine people. Passengers described scenes of "pandemonium", with one saying the carriage rocked before emergency brakes were applied.
